She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Vestal and Edith Vestal; and her sister Francis Martin. She is survived by: her husband John D. Hook of McCordsville; her children, John D. Hook (Amy) of South Whitley, IN, Carrie A. Hofer-Erdos (Andrew) of McCordsville and Sarah E. Hook of Fishers; her siblings, Carroll Vestal, Ted Vestal, David Vestal, Henry Vestal, Danny Vestal, Anna Vestal, Peggy Hamrick and Helen Kelly; and her grandchildren, Ashly, Owen, Gracie, Jessica, Austin, Drew, Tristan, Alayna, Madylin, Ethan, Wyatt and Gavin.
