He was predeceased by: his father Robert Cummings. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Cummings (Hughes); his son Michael Cummings (Melanie); his mother Beverly Sheridan (Lester); his siblings, Candy Gacsy (Joe), Debbie Waldo (Tripp) and Scott Cummings (Diane); and his pets, Gracie and George. He is also survived by his son or friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Health Network Indianapolis Network Foundation for Cancer Care in memory of Mike Cummings.
