He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin R. Fleck and Florence M. Fleck (Knapp); his brother Melvin Craig Fleck (Ann); and his grandson Kyle Reese Fleck. He is survived by: his wife Thea N. Fleck (Pierce); his children, Florence May (Anthony), Peter Fleck and Christopher Fleck (Nelia); his daughters-in-law, Kimberly Fleck Huizinga and Michelle Fleck; his grandchildren, Zachary Fleck (Morgan), Sydney Sparks (Brandon), Riley Fleck (Alexandra), James May, Elizabeth May, Gabriel Fleck (Taylor) and Alexandra Thea Marie Fleck; and his sister Shannen McMahon (Patrick). He is also survived by four great-grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for contributions to the Thea and Michael Fleck Family Community Development Fund for the improvement of education, agriculture, parks/recreation and quality of life in their home community.
