She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Seyfferle and Mitchell; her husband Charles C. "Chic" Apple; her son Ron Apple; and her siblings, John Seyfferle, Elsie Lykins and Mildred Dietrich.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Apple (Millie) and Bev Wilson (Michael); and her grandchildren, Pete Apple (Jennifer), Jamie Diller (Jeff), Tony Wilson (Lena), Kurt Wilson (Kasey) and Kris Matthews (Jason). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
