He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Jim and Sharon Harris; and his brother-in-law Brent Harris. He is survived by: his son Andrew Schwarz; his parent Jack Schwarz (Gaye Schwarz); his wife Jill Harris Schwarz (Harris); his daughter Madison; his brother John Schwarz; his siblings-in-law, Lynn Adler Schwarz, Amy Harris Welker, Susan Hough Harris and Mark Welker; and his nieces and nephews, Jake, Nathan, Eric, Zach Schwarz, Mia, Mack Welker, Elaina, Gretchen and Alec Harris.
To honor Jeff's goals of charitable giving, his family would like donations to the Schwarz Family and Friends Simon Cancer Research fund in lieu of flowers.
