Jeff Phares Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeff Phares of McCordsville, Indiana, born in Greenfield, Indiana, who passed away on November 8, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Dean Phares (Adkins) and Kenny Phares. He is survived by: his aunts, Rosie Burk and Patty Adkins. He is also survived by cousins, brother and sister in laws, and many nieces and nephews.
