In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Jeanette had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Jeanette may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Vaughn and Mitchell Vaughn (Harlem); her husband Junior R. Scroggins; and her brothers, Marvin and Melvin.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Gene Scroggins, Terry Lee Scroggins, Trena Jenea Taylor (Frank) and Timmy Allen Scroggins; her granddaughter Ashley Rush (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Jacob and Jackson.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Seals Funeral Home (122 W Staat St, Fortville, IN 46040). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
