He was predeceased by: his parents, Etheridge Sears and Flora Sears (Wallace); and his former wife Mildred Sears (West). He is survived by: his wife Martha Sears (Ashby); his children, Patricia Sears Hise (Michael) of Goodyear, AZ, Douglas Sears (Sharon) of Fishers, IN, Kenneth Sears (Janine) of Spencer, IN and Roger Sears of Edwardsville, IL; his grandchildren, Ryan, Amy, Mary, Anthony and Christina; his great grandchildren, Alayna, Donovan, Ceirra, Jace, Zakariah, Natalie, Keagan, Brianna, Ellis, Zelena, Mykenli, Robert, Libby, Addalyn and Angela; and his stepchildren, Robin and Aaron.
