She is survived by: her mother Anne Elaine Elsbury (Chandler); her husband Jerry Lowder of McCordsville; her children, Stacy Muffler (Billy) of McCordsville and Justin Lowder (Trisha Garrity) of Fortville; her siblings, Kathy Hall of Pendleton and Kenny Elsbury (Lori) of Indianapolis; her father Norman Elsbury; her grandchildren, Emma Muffler, Haley Lowder, Drew Lowder, Kagen Muffler, Rylee Garrity, Bristol Garrity and Jase Lowder; her mother-in-law Lou Lowder; and also Ali.
