He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foley and Kathleen Foley (Ryan); and his brothers, Tim, Brian and Terry Foley.
He is survived by: his wife Cecelia "Corky" Foley; his children, Bryan Foley (Michelle), Christopher Foley (Angie) and Megan Gutierrez (Martin); his grandchildren, Madison, Grace, Rylee, Raygan, Austin, Jaxson and Colton; and his siblings, Irene Emmick (Randy), Maureen Foley, Patricia Foley (Bob) and Kevin Foley (Melanie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or to the American Diabetes Association.
