He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Mae Ramey and Swim; and his siblings, Victor Ramey, Herbert Ramey, Norma Kinkaid and Phyllis Hubbard.

He is survived by: his wife Billie Ramey; his children, Mike Ramey (Reta), Cheryl Ramey-Hunt (Joe), Tim Ramey (Kristi Morrison) and Todd Ramey (Janice); his grandchildren, Garnet Ramey, Amanda Ramey, David Ramey, Evan Hunt, Christopher Ramey, Bailey Hunt, Ellie Ramey and Jack Ramey; his great grandchildren, Izabel Burris, Eris Burris, Kleighton Hubbard, Elle Ramey, Palmer Hunt, Liv Ramey and Brynn Hunt; and his brother Gary Ramey (Debbie).
