He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Byron and Cora Caroline Apple (Prange). He is survived by: his wife Sherry Apple of McCordsville; his daughters, Amy Nierman (Brian) of Brownstown, IN and Angela Gelormini (Marc) of Brisbane, CA; his sister Nitus Brock; his siblings-in-law, Robert Woods and Kathy Samuelson; and his grandchildren, Shelby Nierman (Austin Stamm), Ryland Nierman (Sidney Hoene), Brayton Nierman, Caroline Gelormini, Camdyn Nierman and Nico Gelormini. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
