It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Blackburn of Maxwell, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on November 22, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hanson A. Blackburn and Gladys M. Blackburn (Armstrong); his daughters, Jane and Marcella; his brothers, Edward (Wanda), Darrell (Kenna), Ronald and John; and his sister-in-law Thurby Blackburn.
He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Grace (Cruz); his children, Tim Blackburn (Medina), Dora George (Dwayne Jackson) and Jaimie Figg (David); his grandchildren, Amber, Megan Riffey, Tommy, Josh George and Dakota Figg; his great grandchild Rylee Bonham; his brother Hanson William; his sister-in-law Janice; and his pet Rooster.
