He is survived by: his father Larry Joe Lewis, Sr. of Eckerty, Indiana; his siblings, Larry Joe Lewis, Jr. (Kim) of Crandall, Indiana, Heather Ice of Dubois, Indiana and Monica Lewis of Dubois, Indiana; his close friend Justin Layne of Corydon; and his pet Diezel. He is also survived by father any children, he left behind many loving nieces and nephews.
