She is survived by: her fiancé Charlie Chism; her sons, Little Timmy Hack (Jenna) and Jeremy Hack (Jessi); her grandchildren, Carson, Camden and Josie Hack; her sister Dee Brown (Kelly); her uncle John Hayes; and also Tim Hack. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
