He is survived by: his children, Edwin Thomas Windell, Logan Tyler Windell, Samantha Higdon and Brittany Higdon; his sister Kimberly Wood (Bill); and his grandchildren, Abby, Alex and Aiden. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
