He is survived by: his wife Naomi J. Jacobs Lopp; his son Billy R. Lopp (Sandra); his grandchildren, Tracy Lopp (Jennifer), Todd Lopp (Autumn) and Troy Lopp; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Waylon and Ruby Lopp.
