He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Ann Stover. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica McCollum (Adam Ormsby) of Gas City, Indiana; his father Robert Stover, Sr.; and his sisters, Teresa Haines (Mark) of Fort Wayne, Cathy Heinzen (John) of Summitville and Vickie Pulley (Jeff) of Marion. He is also survived by five nieces and one nephew.
