It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew Butler (Matthews, Indiana), born in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on August 16, 2019, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lloyd Melton, Morris and Bonnie Butler; his uncle Dennis Butler; and his cousin Nick Wilson.

He is survived by: his parents, Ronald D. and Patricia A.; his spouse Lindsey R. Coffey; his sons, Logan Miller and Mason Butler; his siblings, Pat Walker (Kenny) of Jamestown, TN and James Butler (Terri); his half-siblings, Tonya Butler and Dale Butler (Jackie) of Littleton, NC; his grandmother Agnes Melton; his parents-in-law, Rick and Renee Coffey; and his sister-in-law Emily Coffey.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to the funeral home to defray funeral expenses.
