He is survived by: his wife Patrician Latta; his children, James Scott Latta (Karen), Jon Brian Latta (Jodi) and Gina Ann Shelley; and his siblings, Jerry Latta, John Latta and Jane Byers. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
