She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Eugene Crouse and Beulah Mae Crouse (Sproessig); and her brothers, Mark Crouse, Russell Crouse and Dennis Crouse.
She is survived by: her son Scott I. Poling (Samantha Betz) of Hartford City, Her; her grandchildren, Carmen Poling, McKenzie Poling, Alex Castillo, Keaton Poling and Jazlyn Poling; her sister Sharon L. Jackson (Kenny) of Hartford City, Several; and her close friend Martha Howell. She is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
