She is survived by: her husband Jay Hollis; her daughters, Jody Collett of Georgetown, IN and Tabby Reynolds of Clarksville, IN; her siblings, Casey Lozier of New Albany, IN and Lisa Gardner of South Carolina; and her grandsons, Tyler Collett and Jacob Collett.
