She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom and Virginia Pfaffenberger Sullivan, Sr.; her husband James Bruce Helton; her son James Andrew Helton; and her brother Tom Sullivan, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Sheri Schindler (Danny) of Otisco, IN; her siblings, Peggy Hite of Florida and Bob Sullivan of New Albany; her grandchildren, Melissa Schindler, Jordan Schindler (Jessica), Bailey Rippstein (Aaron), Brandon Helton (Lauren), Emily Helton and Scarlett Witt (Gabe); and her daughter-in-law Carla Helton. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
