He is survived by: his mother Sherry Tatro Blakley of Charlestown, IN; his wife Candy Amick Blakley; his children, Brittany Scott (Jimmy) of New Washington, IN and Shelby Blakley (Kristin) of New Albany; his sister Lesley Blakley of Charlestown; his stepdaughters, Jaylin McCoy of New Washington and Makayla McCoy of New Washington; and his grandchildren, Adair Hayes and Lela Hayes of New Washington.
