She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thurman White and Bertha White; her brother James White; her son-in-law Robert Carte; and her brother-in-law Dennie Kidwell.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Lang; her daughters, Anita Carte and Melissa Gilliam (Dell Walton); her grandchildren, Robin Carte, Robert Carte Jr., Bobby Shepard Jr., Joseph Shepard, Roger Colglazier and Mark Colglazier; her great grandchildren, Christyn Luallen, Emily Carte, Hailey Carte, Carly Carte, Morgan Shepard and Joseph Shepard (Little Baby); and her siblings, Charles White, Janie Kidwell and Deborah Beard (Robert). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
