He is survived by: his wife Yvonne King Hogan; his son David Hogan, Jr. of Homosassa, FL; his siblings, Jerry Hogan (Judy) of Clarksville, IN and Pam Dyer of Charlestown, IN; his father-in-law Royce King, Sr. of Marysville; and his siblings-in-law, Royce King, Jr. of Shepherdsville, KY, Starr Berry of Bardstown, KY and Karen Sturgill (Clint) of Bardstown.
