She was predeceased by: her parents, Forest William and Esther Mae Hatley (Hacker); her husband Delbert L. Fisher; her son Scott Lee Fisher; her brother Charles Kent; her daughter-in-law Lois Fisher; and her granddaughter Katie Fisher.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Frances Deckard, Tommy Joe Fisher, Jeffrey Alan Fisher, Penny Deann Edwards, Delbert Todd Fisher and William Edward Fisher. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
