She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Baker (Debbie) of Morgantown and Donna Salamander of Franklin, Indiana; her siblings, Steve Hamblen (Lavern) of Martinsville, Indiana, Darrell Hamblen (Beth) of Martinsville, Indiana, Jody Mathers of Martinsville, Indiana and Teresa Vandagrifft of Martinsville, Indiana; her grandchildren, Michael, Zach, Austin Baker, Kelsey and Kendra Salamander; and her great grandchildren, Kaeshawn Clark, Eliah Jane, Brayson Levi, Baylon Michael Baker and Azaiah Gene Salamander.
