We are sad to announce that on October 4, 2018, at the age of 75, Virginia I. Craven (Martinsville, Indiana), born in Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd and Sarah Walls Carter; her daughter Carolyn Kohen; and her siblings, Duane Walls and Myra Christie.
She is survived by: her husband Harris Craven of Martinsville; her children, Jeff Dwigans (Shannon) of Asheboro, NC, Roger Craven (Kelly) of Martinsville, Mona Mason of Bargersville, IN and Mel Searcy of Martinsville; and her siblings, Dallas (Carol) of Martinsville, Tommy of Martinsville, Mike (Donna) of Martinsville, Steve (Shawn) of Martinsville, Gordon Walls (Joellen) of Martinsville and Becky Pobalis (John) of Martinsville. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the American Cancer Society or the Mt. Zion Separate Baptist Church.
