He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bobby Sheeks. He is survived by: his parents, Darrell Wayne Lewis, Jr. and Lorie Leann Lewis (Sheeks); his daughter Naomi Snyder; his brothers, Jayden Lewis, Corbin Lewis and Anthony Quakenbush; his grandparents, Debbie Sheeks, Darrell Lewis, Sr. and Rhonda Lewis; and his great-grandparent Mary Hancock.
