He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Howard Hurst (Linda) of Martinsville and Janice Myrlene Page (Herrly) of Martinsville; his daughters, Kendall Hurst of Bloomington and Reagan Hurst (Nathan Tackett) of Martinsville; his siblings, Melanie Hurst of Martinsville and John Hurst (Christie) of Indianapolis; his nieces and nephews, Harry Hurst, Levi Wright, Stevie, Annabelle and Isabelle Hurst; the mother of his children Heidi Hurst; and also, Kenny and Paula Summerlot.
