He was predeceased by: his brothers, Russell Soots and Richard Simpson. He is survived by: his mother Doris Jean Simpson; his wife Carol Simpson; his children, Nathan, Brian Simpson, James and Amanda; and his siblings, Danny, Donna, Hutchison, Debbie and McBride.
