He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father John Thomas Wellspring of Mooresville; his siblings, John Thomas "J. T.", Carie Chavez (Abraham) of Texas, Bailey Wolf (Zachary) of Mooresville, Katie Wellspring of Jacksonville and Ruthie Wellspring of Mooresville; his nieces and nephews, Joshua, Judah, Abigail, Logan, Dylan, Ellie and Charlie; his uncle Kevin Greene (Melissa) of Martinsville; his aunts, Kim Leonard of Martinsville and Mindy Edwards (Bill) of Tennessee; and his mother Karmin Marie Wellspring (Greene).
The Wellspring family has requested that donations be made in lieu of flowers to the Riley Children's Foundation in hopes of providing other children with the same exceptional care that Thomas has received.
