He was predeceased by: his son Floyd Chester "Curly". He is survived by: his father Thomas E. Neal; his wife Becky Neal; his daughters, Cynthia "Dawn" Crone (David) of Martinsville, Mia Roann Neal of Martinsville and Nichelle Monique Dalton (Eric) of Martinsville; his grandchildren, Lyviair Rebecclynn Losh (Jeff), Beau James McClish, Lebany Monique and Meredith Shae Dalton; his great grandchildren, Greye Allen, Melina Rebecclynn Losh and Callum William McClish; and his brothers, John C. Neal (Cathy) of Martinsville and Stephen B. Neal (Linda) of Louisville, KY..
