She is survived by: her husband Rob Chastain of Martinsville; her children, Robert A. Chastain (Katie) of Bargersville, IN, Chad M. Chastain of Martinsville, IN, Patricia K. Bennett (Mike) of Martinsville and Cassandra J. Hicks (Jim) of Martinsville; her brothers, Daniel Thacker of Greenwood, IN, Chuck Thacker of Lebanon, IN and James Thacker of Ellettsville, IN; her grandchildren, Lexy, Ally Bennett, Peyton, Harper, Lucas, Cora Chastain and Raegan Hicks; and her great grandchildren, Jean, Allen, Rory, Hunter, Stevie Kay, August and Ryeker. She is also survived by her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Tessa's memory to Riley Hospital for Children.
