He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Brummett and Mary Catherine Brummett (Sink). He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Brummett (Gilbreath); his son Bret Brummett (Anna Marie) of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Madeline Brummett, Henry Brummett and Lars Brummett; and his siblings, Dorothy Guy (Bill) of Martinsville, Frances Cramer of Martinsville, Jimmy Brummett (Pam) of Kentucky, Donnie Brummett (Jane) of Martinsville and Kenney Brummett of Martinsville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, or to the New Life Christian Church in Paragon.
