He is survived by: his wife Debra F. "Debbie" Stierwalt (Keith) of Martinsville; his sons, Mike Cash (Jenny) of Monrovia and Keith Cash (Traci) of Monrovia; his siblings, Billy Stierwalt of Quincy, Indiana and Gloria Warthen (Morris) of Paragon; and his grandsons, Mike, Hudson and Brennex Cash.
