With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Kersey of Martinsville, Indiana, who passed away on December 5, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Baird and Bessie Baird (Hicks); and her siblings, Everett Baird, Bill Hicks, Bobby Hicks, Paul Baird, Emmett Baird, Wilma Manis and Naomi Ivey.
She is survived by: her husband Anthony "Tony" Kersey of Martinsville; her children, Denise Ruble of Martinsville, Mike Stuart (Kay) of Martinsville and Mitch Waldo of Pioneer, Tennessee; and her siblings, Bonnie Mink (Owen) of Mount Vernon, Kentucky, Mary Muse (Eddie) of Elk Valley, Estell Baird (Donna) of Elk Valley and Junior Baird of Elk Valley. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
