She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Eugene and Connie Margaret Babb (Britt); and her siblings, Steve Babb, Phyllis Babb, Rose Anna Hovis, Barbara Austin and Nancy Aders.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Anthony Wade of Martinsville; her children, Richard Wade (Melissa) of Mooresville, IN, Jason Wade of Birdseye, IN, Justin Wade of Martinsville, IN, Sheleen Wade of Martinsville and Morgan Morales (Jose Roberto) of Indianapolis, IN; and her brother Kenneth Babb of Taswell, IN.
