With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sara Anne Turner of Martinsville, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 1, 2025 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, John S. and Mary R. Trueblood (Montgomery); her husband Bruce Allen Turner; and her siblings, John Trueblood and Joan Schmutte.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Garrett (Karla) of Plainfield, IN, David Turner (Linda) of Martinsville, IN, Leslie Morris (Scott) of Whitestown, IN and Lisa Horvath of Alexandria, IN; and her grandchildren, Kelly Kinney (Joe), Brian Garrett (Meagan), Joe Garrett (Rose), Jared Turner, Katie Turner (Jake Curry), Cara Riner (Josh), Jeremy Morris (Katherine) and Chad Morris (Anna). She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Neal & Summers Funeral and Cremation Center (110 E Poston Rd, Martinsville, IN 46151). A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Nebo Memorial Park (3295 IN-252, Martinsville, IN 46151).
