He was predeceased by: his parents, William Argie and Ruby Lee Miller (Goshen); and his brothers, William Argie Miller, Jr. and David Darrell Miller. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Miller (Isom); his son Ronnie Lee "Chip" Miller II (Emily Comstock) of New Palestine; his granddaughters, Sarma E. Miller, Liene I. Miller and Amanda A. Comstock; and his great grandchildren, Zaira Mehboob and Zintis McKee. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
