He is survived by: his children, Ron Palmer (Samantha) and Felicia Collins (David) of Indianapolis; his brothers, Robert Palmer (Karen Sears), Fred Palmer (Stephanie), Steve Palmer (Patty) and Donald Palmer; his grandchildren, Ronnie, Addilynn, Brianna, Bailey and Baby Collins; his brother-in-law William Bryant (Shellie); and his former wife Kellie Young. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
