It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ronald Keith Carter of Martinsville, Indiana, who passed away on August 19, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther K. Carter and Ruby Carter-Reed (Bastin); and his siblings, Morris Carter, Virginia O'Neal, Joan Stewart and Betty Neal Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Carter (Richardson) of Martinsville; and his children, Kyle Dart (Crystal) of Arizona, Kimberly Martin (David) of Martinsville, Sheila Smith (Milton) of Evansville and Amy Elkins of Greenwood. He is also survived by grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
