Forsythe (Brock); his children, Tamara "Tammy" Deakin, Todd Forsythe and Tim Forsythe; his stepchildren, Nikki Day (Keith) and Brad Mason (Tracey); his brother Bobby Forsythe; and his grandchildren, Tyana Stanner, Tyler Deakin, Jerry Forsythe, Shannelle Forsythe, Jassma Miller, Jesse Forsythe, Jamie Forsythe, Hannah Forsythe, Haley Forsythe, Lesley Schroder, Landon Day, Emily Chisholm and Chase Mason. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
