He is survived by: his wife Jewell Terrell (Lewis); his children, Kathy Terrell of Greenwood, James Terrell (Alvina) of Shelbyville, Jeffery Terrell of Lewisville, Steven Terrell (Ronda) of Flower Mound and Sandra Terrell of Little Elm, Texas; his stepchildren, Lana Pillar (Art) of Bloomington and Chris Judah (Lisa) of Springville; his siblings, Marilyn Blackmore and George Terrell; and his grandchildren, Julie Rhody, Michelle Potts, Kristin Terrell, Calan Terrell, Nathan Terrell (Elizabeth), Alexandra Butler, Dylan Lee, Marty Moulton (Lori), Matt Moulton and Dustin Jackson (Heather).
