He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Chalkley and Patricia Chalkley (Butt); and his brother Jeffrey Lewis Chalkley. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Chalkley (Jenay) of Carmel, Joel Chalkley of Fishers and Jacob Chalkley (Laura) of San Francisco, California; his girlfriend Lamba Eaver of Monrovia; his siblings, Rev. Curryanne Hostetler (Dave) of Albion, Gregrey Chalkley (Kimberly) of Lake Dallas and Janny Colip (Mark Colip) of Downers Grove, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Xavier Chalkley, Isaac Chalkley, Lucy Chalkley and Noah Chalkley.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Martinsville Noon Lions Club or to Indy Premier Soccer Club.
