He is survived by: his parents, Roger Alan Kemp Sr. of Martinsville and Nataliya Kemp (Kheynis) of Martinsville; his sisters, Kimberly Kemp of Kentucky and Isabella Kemp of Martinsville; and his grandparents, Oleg Kheynis of Carmel, Kathy, Ralph Bruns of Westfield and Tilta Ann Kemp of Port Orange, Florida..

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Roger Kemp Sr. in care of the Roger Kemp Jr. Paramedic scholarship fund.
