He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Toms and Ann Toms (Neibler); his sister Cheryl Miller; and his granddaughter Logann Marie Toms. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Jean Toms (Carmean) of Martinsville; his children, Dwayne Patrick Toms (Heather), Shawn Toms of Martinsville, Regina Toms and April Toms of Martinsville; his sister Connie Horn (Greg); his grandchildren, Robert, Tyler, Hailey, Patricia, Kyndalynne Toms, Katie Orr, Zander Dowell and Emily Manley; and his great grandchildren, Madelynn and Gareth Toms.
