He is survived by: his children, Richard Neal Jr. (Heather) of Greenwood, Bryan Neal of Caseyville, IL, Kim Weaver (Matt) of Plainfield, IN and Michele Coffman (Brian) of Plainfield, IN; his sister Helen O'Key of Clermont, IN; and his grandchildren, Jacob Weaver, Meagan Crone, Adam Coffman, Alex, Sam, Dominick, Zada, Seth, Ayden Neal, Sydnee Twardoski and Kara Trollard. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
