He is survived by: his sons, Richard Parsley Jr. (Janet) of Greenwood and Gary Parsley (Belinda) of Martinsville; his granddaughter Terina Bowlen (Doug) of Bloomfield; and his great grandchildren, Travis Turpin, Howard and Teneka Hufford. He is also survived by 5 great great grandchildren.
